Hello all, I've got a customer that has a CICS w/4.2 software. Their complaint is that when they set a specific ext. to appear only the set continues to ring. They've tried a reboot but still the problem persists. Anyone ever see this or have any possible suggestions for a fix. TIA John

Your post suggests that you are trying to trouble shoot from a "he said" position.
I NEVER trust a customer to know all the ins and outs of a system.
John, I know you are a capable tech and I'm sure you'd find the problem in short order if you were on site. May I recommend you post your questions AFTER you have seen the problem first hand and can't figure it out.
