I.m setting up several dnis numbers for a mics 6.0, the current t-1 has been up and running and working fine, the customer has several 800's that we are going to route through the t-1 so I have set the dnis in line programming to y and setup target lines 145 - 147 to match the 7 digits that the provider is sending and have those routed to the correct stations, is there any other program setting for setting up dnis numbers. thanks

Yes, on the prime set and I setup 8 positions on each of the lines, I failed to mention that these lines are set to E & M and winkstart. I think my mistake is that I failed to turn on auto answer in line programming. I haven’t been able to try it but could this be the issue.
