 I have no idea what you're saying here. There are no D-sub connectors on an ICS. Are you talking about the NAM?
It would be best if all your connections went back where they were.

the 66 block is wired and connected to the compact ICS with to connectors and above them I have a picture of a phone which I assume are the extentions and then a pictureof telephone poles i assume would be the CO line side. So in actuality nothing as connected the NAM accept the two wires plugged into the card using rj11 that I can't remeber where I took the off the block at. I applogize for not being clearer

OK, the unit you're describing is a CICS. A Nortel voice mail system would connect directly to the station block (with the telephone picture). In all the years that I have done this, I have never connected a NAM to a CICS, always a Flash or CallPilot. I don't doubt that it will work (with compatible software in each unit). Was this WORKING before, or are you trying to ADD voice mail to the system?

I was just trying to move it from old location to new. I toned out the extentions to the block and got a head of myself because they were toning out with 221 at the top 222 on block 3 223 at block5 etc. So i just pulled the lines and then found out after the fact that the 2 lines were attched to the NAM. Yes everything was working fine. call comes in auto attend picks up. Now I can call out and incoming only rings no answer probably until I can find the place for the 2 lines that connect the NAM. I do appreciate all you have done.

Ezah, you will have to forgive me for sounding rude. I will apologize in advance for any hard feelings that this may cause.
Why in the world would you try to do a job that you are not qualified to do. It is perfectly clear that you have absolutely no knowledge of the system you are working with? I am just curious to know.
I am a Telephone man by trade. You may be also. I don't know. I do know that it would be a DIS-service to any customer to try and move a system I have no knowledge of or experience with. For instance, if a customer were to call me and ask, "Would you come and move my ESI system and voicemail", I would decline the job. I have no experience or knowledge of the ESI and would not try to pretend I did just to get the work. The customer would be better off finding a company that handled ESI equipment.
Again, I am not trying to be rude. I know it may come across that way, but try to understand my point of view.
