I have customer with a CP 150, 2.5 software, 100 maiboxes and 100 seats of Unified messaging. They are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003. Outlook connects with the call pilot and we can see messages delivered to outlook. When we click on the folder to view the messages all we see is a picture or icon of an envelope, and we can’t do anything with it. We cant open it, save it, or even forward it. It's like we have been sent an envelope with nothing inside it. Has any body run in to this issue before?

I was on site today and discovered that the unified messaging on the CP 150 was all working fine on outlook 2003. But when they had to upgrade there network to Exchange server 2003 thats when the trouble started. The customer has asked me if upgrading the CP150 to a newer version of software will make the unified messaging work again. I am a little lost here on answering that question for them because I am not familiar with Exchange server 2003. This may be a long shot but, is there any type of compatibility chart that can tell me if 2.5 is compatible with Exchange server 2003. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

2.5 is the latest version of UM. There is no mention exchanger server 2003 in the manual. But I don't think it matters what the server is but only the desk top application. I would suggest reinstalling the desk top app.
