Hey guys, Is there a way a to set all lines set to be answered in to the call center to be picked up by a cc greeting and then route to available agents during the day and cc mbox during the night?
also how I set up selector codes with in cc greeting? I.E. press 9 for spanish do I have to make system bilingual?

Yes & yes. The "selector codes" are setup in Auto Attendant.
Sounds like you'll need to get a manual from the link above to set up bilingual, if not already. Better yet, get an experience Norstar tech to walk you through the programming, so you get that warm fuzzy feeling!

I figured it out except for one thing. customer said they had a key that open and closed the call center. what feature code would that be? Fea. 909?
