Is there a way for a caller that gets to a voice mail box to transfer out to the auto attendant?

They can hit the "*" (Star) key. I suggest putting that into the greetings.

When the mailbox prompt is playing, pressing * takes the caller to message options...
** gets to the "Call Pilot. Enter a mailbox number.."
We would like to be able to get back to the original or previous auto attendant prompt.
Any other ideas?

Be sure that "Return to AA" is checked in system properties.
