If you need talkback ability, then just use Feature 66 and the extension. But personally I would stay away from the talk back. Why? The Norstar phones give preference to the loudest person. If there is a lot of noise in the office, the emergency caller may not be heard but only hears the noise in the office. Using the phones paging the callers voice WILL go out. In a talkback situation the office may override the emergency caller's voice and block it.
