I have a Nortel 81C PBX tied to a MICS with a Point to Point PRI circuit. When I call from the 81C to an extension on the MICS, I am not hearing dialtone. The issue seems to be on the MICS because I can call other MICS, BCMs, and Option 11Cs from our 81C and I hear dialtone.
Any suggestions where to look on the MICS?
Thanks in advance!

Still not clear on how the "other mics" is producing dial tone.
Do you mean you are able to access local co trunks from the remote sites?
Check to see how the "other mics" that is working and configure the same way.

Problem seems to be the way this system is setup using PRI. This is the first MICS we have as PRI and I am not sure if we have our RDB in the 81C configured correctly. Does any one have an example on how to program the RDB, Trunks, and DCH in the 81C?
Thanks in advance!
