Are we able to make a conference call from an analog port...External and Internal?
Im curently trying to, but when im in conversation with another extension or an external line, when i press flash, i dont get another dial tone, after 3 seconds its bringing me back to the conversation
i put 2 intercom, line supervision, line acesss
any idea?

You can do a conference call. You need to hit flash *3, it will put that caller on hold, call the next person once you are talking again hit flash *3. As an FYI, most times if you need a conference call, make it from a 7208 or 7310, then park the call and pick it up on the cordless.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

im not able to put the call on hold, when i hit flash *3,, nothing happend and i come back to the conversation after 3 sec....

You probably have Flash at CO set to yes. It must be no for analog port to work correctly.
The sequence for conference is:
Establish your first call. Press Flash 2 to place call on hold. Establish your second call. Press Flash *3 to establish the conference.
