Hello to all, I am looking for a solution for a company that needs more than 4 CCR Trees. Is there a way to put 2 150 on the same phone system to get 8 CCR Trees.

I am 99% sure you can only have 1 Call pilot per Mics or Cics. Why can you not set up different greetings on different lines? You can then have 8 greetings for 8 different companies. Why the CCR tree? And if they really do need it, just instal another system would be my suggestion.


Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

You can actually have 8 CCR trees, but only 4 greeting tables. I don't know of any way to have 8 seperate companies on the system, unless certain companies were just using a standard mailbox instead of a greeting table.

Unless something has changed you should be able to use 2 voice mails systems on a single system you get a seperate set of feature codes.

To be sure call nortel and ask them. They are very good about answering questions even if your not a certified dealer.

You can put 2 flashes (1.9 or higher) on one system but not 2 CP's.

NT, nortel is not willing to answer any questions, or do they have the answers these days. There call centers are a joke and to get the tech support for free, now is even worse!!

LOL guess im just luckey :p . I usually call ask for sales then ask my tech question smile

They work on it in hopes for a sale it so far has worked everytime.

We are a Nortel Partner and have been for years.

Nortel in the last month has started the policy that when you call ITAS, even if you have a valid Site ID, the charge is $300 per hour with a 2 hour minimum or we could give $120,000 up front.

ITAS isn't worth an additional $10 per hour.
