Hi all, I have problem with incoming call from remote to my E1 line. Outgoing = no problem Mitel--Cisco----F/R----Cisco--Nortel my position is in Nortel, call to ext in Mitel is Ok but call from Mitel to Ext in Nortel is always fail (busy tone). Please help, what parameter should be check in Cisco and Nortell to make connection with E1 Card.

The problem might be not in Nortel because your dialing into Mitel is fine. Problem may be in Mitel's Routing. You have to make sure that you are getting the right Rout and your Modification table strips the only access digits and sends out only ext#. By the way what kind of Mitel do you have?

Mitel Digital200SX, the old one  . But we also have pbx and key phone in others location, problem is same. how about config in cisco, anyone has experiences to config Nortel E1 PRI to Cisco E1?

Hi All, now incoming already arrive in my pbx but all incoming call fall in operator phone. my planning is that user in remote can directly dial the extension number of my local users.
