I've thunk myself into confussion on this. One of my sites has discovered they can't dial 0 or 00 to get an outside operator. Here's what I have: Station is set TGAR 1, NCOS 7, CLS=CTD ESN for SPN 0 and 00 use RLI 12 RLI 12, entry 0 uses Route 3, FRL=3 Route 3 has TARG 2
The switchroom phone has TGAR 0, NCOS 7, CLS=UNR. It can call 0 and 00. Is this caused by TGAR difference or CLS difference? Can I change FRL on RLI 12 to correct it? If so, what do I change it to? Any other thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Try the CLS first because the TGAR should be for direct access and not ESN.
