Is it possible station relocation is turned on?

Do you have the Set Relocation option turned on?? if so you should turn it off first and then you can go in and rename the DN to be the extension you want.

On the distribution block with default setting first pair as extension 221, if you connect a phone to wire pair 5, will it get extension 225 automatically or does the phone have to be programed for extension 225?
How do you program new phone for extension 225 after plugging it to pair 5.
