NAM 4.1. Customer claims F983 prompts for password change. They are insistent they are not using F981 to log into SA mbox. Did not think this was possible. Does F983 ever prompt for password change??? TIA!

I've never seen it. I have seen the SA mailbox locked due to wrong password entry.

HHMMM---I've never seen this either--but maybe check class of service for MB 102? :bang:

SA is like any other mailbox. By default it is COS 7. Yes password can expire if selected in COS settings. I know the setting is checked by default on a CP can't remember on a NAM.
