Contact a Nortel dealer. They can get the code for you. There may be a small fee.

Where did you buy the Authorization code? They should be able to look it up for you......for free?

Thanks for the reply Rich
I've actually talked to a person that said there isn't any fee to look up the codes. They just want to make a buck off of ya.

The way I look at it is this: IF I sell you the code - I would look it up for free. IF you buy it from someone else, I would charge you to look it up.

Telemarv, I would prefer not to go back in that fashion on the board. If you can help me, please feel free to let me know, thank you.

NTlayoff - that's my point, they won't do it "free" if I bought it from them.

Korey - Marv is one of the best on this board and I don't think he was firing a shot over your bow. I think he was simply stating a question that is a valid question. To provide "certified techicians" and be a Product Provider for any type of product is quite a cost before that company even turns a wheel and sends out a bill. If you consider the costs of specialized traing, warehouse or shop rent, time researching parts, costly tools, accurate testing equipment, stock of spare parts, exchanging parts included in warranty, office equipment and software to operate, vehicles to operate company, stationary and office supplies, light heat and phones at office, office staff, vehicle maintenance, courses and lectures to stay current on training, and insurance. Good service doesn't just happen, it requires a substantial capital investment. Service should not be judged soley on time spent or money charged. When a topnotch technician works on your equipment, realize the costs just to take your call and possibly send out a tech.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
