MICS 6.1 Software w/ Call pilot 1.5

I know that I need to create a Destination Code using a Routing Table . What are the steps?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Look under services in the documentation. All routing programming will be there.

In my past experience if you service the #$# off the customer, and they are happy with your work. They will always call you back and are ok with paying for the work to be complete. The people you are inferring Pat, are the ones that have called you out multiple times to do a 10 minute programming change and when you send them a bill are always so happy to pay, NOT. On small programming changes we install remote access devices on all of our equipment we sell and we can then make those changes without having to go to site. I can see if a customer needs a small programming change to go and look for it on a board of some sort, but should that put you out of a job? I would think the whole ebay thing has been way worse for companies than boards like this. Most of the time, when people purchase new phone equipment and even if you do provide training, it never seems to work. That person leaves or isn't really paying attention when you are training them. I am more interested on how so many customers have installer access?

Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Thanks for all of your input.
It seems my programming was correct, but I missed a
simple step---like pressing the HOLD button (7208 sets) after entering the forward (Feature 4, Destination Code etc)

p_guido...thanks for your help!
I too, am a Vendor that doesn't always remember
everything.

I have managed to keep a few customers, though!

Thanks again.

Am I the only vendor that sometimes forgets to do some of simplest things?

Thanks for the assistance.

Thanks again.

Pat, I understand your grief. Yet, you provide assistance and then complain about providing free. If you don't want to help out that's fine, but don't provide help and then complain about it. Step by step programming is not allowed in this forum anyway, detailed programming answers are limited to the installer forum.
