I have a nortel 11C system . Recently i got one PSTN line of number 2500795 . I connected it with the PBX with the help of XCOT card. I create one ROUTE with ACODE 22 . I put one CKT of XCOT card in this ROUTE with a ATDN 2035 ( an Extension ) & TKID 2500795. If some calls in 2500795 , it sucessfuly rings in the extension 2035. Up to here the situation is allright.

But the problem is when someone wants to make out call with ACODE 22 with the Extension 2035 , he can hear the tone properly but when he/she dials the phone number it doesn't dials the number (again it starts giving the same tone as it gave after pressing the ACODE 22 )

trunk set to dtmf?

TGARs and NCOSs affect whether or not someone can bypass ARS and direct dial a trunk access code. Why not make the trunk a PVR (private) and have it appear directly on the set (assuming it's a digital set)?

Actually the PSTN line is in PLUSE mode , so i put a parameter DIP in the CLS of the TRK & its working fine.
