I have an Option 11c meridian switch.
Is it possible to forward all calls on an analog line (399) to another analog line(200)?
I have a fax machine that is not working, so I want all the calls going into one fax forward to the fax machine where it is working. Is this possible?
I went into ld20 and set the ftr fdn for analog line 399 to 200. I also changed hunt from 399 to 200 and that did not fix it. What is happening is that after a few rings the operator is getting the calls. How can I make it so that the calls go to the fax machine? Is it possible? Please help.

You can forward an analog station by going off hook, dialing #9 then forward to number. To cancel ##9. This presumes the DN is allowed in cls.

I just talked to someone that has a Nortel switch and he told me his system is set up by dialing #1 and then extension. I am not sure if that is default. But his feature code is #1. I asked about the cls and he said he did not think anything had to be set up at for an analog line.
On my analog line I can change the cls to whatever I need it to be. Can you tell me what cls I might need to have it allowed to. Also, is #1 or #9 the feature codes, and if they do not work is there a way I can find out what my switch is set to for feature code?
Thank you so much
