I've got a Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS 6.0. I've got it configured for a "Square" configuration. I want to know on the M7100 it has two lines assigned to it. I also know that if the line 1 is being used when you dial 9 it will automatically go to line 2. Questions, if line 1 is not being used and you just want to access line 2 on the M7100 or T7100 how would you do that?

Place lines in pool group of choice.
Press 9 or whatever access code you assign to the above group.

Lines in a line pool are accessed from the bottom up. If you have 2 lines (line001 & line002), when you dila the access code for the pool it will try to give line002 first. If you only want specific line, you need to put it in it's own line pool with a unique pool code.
