I installed a Compact 6x16 Friday with a CLID C6 unit.
It's configured (as they requested) that Line 1 show on set 21, Line on set 22, and Line 3 on set 23.
Lines 1 & 2 are no problem, and I'm positive that I verified Line 3 as well on Friday, however they called this am & reported no CLID on Line 3.
When I get there, I verified the report, checked the programming and all good.
Then I call into Line 3 from my cell. In lieu of it showing my cell # it shows "xxx-xxx-xxxx Calling", where xxx-xxx-xxxxx is THEIR Line number.
I rechecked the programming and it looks good so I decided to remove the programming for that set and try F811. Still shows the same thing.
Changed out the CII and still the same.
I didn't have the time today, being Monday & too many other repair calls to deal with, so I'm heading back tomorrow.
Any ideas? I'll start by changing the set, then the KSU & S/W if need be, but other than that ?????

Swap C.O. lines 1 for 3. If problem moves, call TELCO. If not, uh............. Good Luck! John C. (Not Garand)

Yes I did rename the line with their number, just like I did with the others but the others are working fine.
I am going back this am so I will try the test by Lightninghorse. Before that though I'll check the cordless that she has which bypasses the system.
