I trying to get a remote backup of an Option 11c...however when I dialup, get my connection, query LD 143 and do XBK...input my info...the connection comes back with message: BKP0008 which is transmission error and CCBR0001 invalid command. I suspect maybe my modem settings for the modem connected to the TTY might be wrong...any ideas. I know the modem connection is good because I can do everything else I need to....just not a remote backup. I am using a Robotics 33.6 faxmodem

Also make sure that the protocol is set to X MODEM
