Migrating to MICS 6.1 from CICS and would like to keep the Flash 4 but only if, a guest mb can be forwarded to a cell phone for field agents.
Scenario...
Incomming call via DID over PRI, answer to guest MB, outdial to cell phone.
Can this be done and will I have to go to Call Pilot.
I remember in the past that I couldnt figure out how to even make a guest MB answer a DID.

A Flash can't forward from a mailbox to an external number. You need a NAM or a CallPilot.
