I've set this up at a few customers but I've come accross one that will not let me do it.

I setup a route to johns cell 001 for tel number 222-222-2222 set it to use pool A.

Then I setup a Dest code of 600 to use route 001.

when the customer gets a call for john and hes not in the office the call can be transfered to 600 and it will goto johns cell phone. Like I said I've had it work at a couple of locations with no problem.

But at one site every time I try to tansfer to 600 it says Transfer Denied.
I've checked the set to make sure it's set for Allow redirect, the lines are all set for supervision these are the only 2 settings that I've had to change at other sites to make this work.

have you looked in your mailbox settings for outbound type transfer and the cos

needs to be software rel 4.1 or higher

software version is problem
