I was in element manager and was requested by the customer to change the password. I did so and it asked me to confirm the pw I did and there was a screen note that I would loose my connection to EM and have to log back in-
Tried to log back in and there was an error message wrong id or pw
tried the old one and still the same message-
i then tried to log on telset with default pw that I had been using and that says invalid
any help? :bang:

This is why I build my own user and password for systems I install and build the customer one of their own, sometimes with fewer admin rights.
