Hi,
I am about to install and setup my norstar system. 3X16 ro 8X24- I would like to add some single line phones and a fax. Do I need any thing to do that? Or plug and play

You'll need ATA's, most likely for each device depending on what you want to do. The fax will have to have it's own ATA.
You'll also need to know how to program accordingly. If you don't know how, get someone in that does & save the headaches.
