Hey! I was working on installing a new Flash4 and somehow changed the default system password. DN length is 3. It is no longer XXXXXXX. Every time I try the default password, it kicks me out. How I got in this trouble is I had just initialized the system and logged into the sys admin mailbox 102 with F981. Then it made me reset the pwd, and I thought i put all 0's, but evidently the system has something else on record. Any thoughts? Thanks!

When you first initialize the mailbox it's default is all zeros. You must change it to something else....preferably something harder than 1234 for example so the hackers can't get in.

There is a proceedure to reset the sys admin password. You'll find it in the setup and operation guide. It can not be posted here.

How am I supposed to reset the system when the default password for mailbox 102 is lost? I am the one who lost it. I programmed something in and then forgot what it was.

What ever you changed the password to via 981, should follow that mailbox number and you should be able to access that programming.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
