Hi there!
I'm new here and i got a question from my call center supervisor.
(We have a BCM50)
As of now, when someone leaves a message in the call center mailbox, 2 alternate extensions are advised of a new message. Is it possible that all agents that are logged into the system be advised of a new message, instead of only 2?

 to the Nortel forum. Unfortunately you can only have 1 main extension and 2 alternate ext for any one mailbox. You can add one more extension to receive message notification by using the external message notification option within the mailbox. Whenever a meeasge is left in the CC mailbox this third extension will be called to notify of a message wailting.
