A) Programmed wrong
B) dialed the wrong number

Check your line assignments. Find what target line is assigned to that ext. Then check that target number for the correct received number.
Also check the Prime set for that Target line.
Then also check your other devices that would give you a tone for what target line you assigned to them. Could be the same number.

Get T1 circuit working.
Know how many digits they are sending you.
Enter numbers in Target lines.
Assign target lines to phones.

If you are not sure how to do all of this, I suggest you get a vendor in to do this for you.

And as NT says if you are not a trained installer on Nortel equipment, DIDs are not the easiest thing to get your head around. Prime to set...Ring group if you have night service and on and on and on.

Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
