Is there a feature code to target a specific line for outbound calling? Client has 12 lines in a pool, but would like to selectively access line 31 or 32 (or whatever) when dialing out.

A few ways to do it.
Easiest of course is to put appearances of those lines on the phone.
Put those lines in their own line pool.
Set up a route and destination code to access those lines.
There is nothing like in Panasonic 81, 82, 83 etc.

Thanks, Marv. That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.

if your lines are in a poll, it should be grabbing the last line in pool first, chek your line selection
