Need to know how set up an allow table to set up a paticular area code, office code, and number for one paticular ncos?

There are rarely two sites setup the same. You'll need to review their current NARS/BARS info in LD90,LD87 and LD86 to accomplish this. See if they have an existing example that you can copy the RLI and NCOS FRL info.
