I installed a basic 616 cabinet, the system sends dtmf but after call is connected, dtmf not sent. Is there a setting in programming for this?

I believe it defaults to pulse and you need to go in and set it tone

You'll have to use "Long Tones" (F808) after the call is connected. This is on a call by call basis. Sorry.
