The reason we are using a a 7.1 software and Flash voicemail is because the system was struck by lightning and the voicemail was not damaged.

If the system was struck by lightning and the user is replacing the system, he should probably go through his insurance and in that case most times, they will ask you to replace both. 8 line systems are still to large for a flash 2.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

We fixed the original problem with the voicemail. I had never worked with a flash before. The line numbering on a Call Pilot is 1,2,3,4,5, and so on. That is what confused me. Changed line 31 - 35 to have the AA answer and worked great. thanks to telemarv for the help.
