Thanks to all i will check the level of the phones to see how old they are and try swaping some of them out for newer versions to see if it takes care of the problem

Is it always the same extension(s). If so, make sure that a answer DN was not accidently programmed on the ringing set.

There are three Ext doing the calling from one to the other. they onloy call each other.

Have you tried a BERT test on the phones in question? Have you checked the logs to see what errors or alarms you may have?

Replacing a KLM seems to have resolved the problem.
