I could use a little help with this programming.
MICS system with Flash cabinet
Customer wants calls to go into the Flash AA and when dialing "0" have the caller go to a hunt group "269" which then rings a group of phones, if no answer they would like it to go to the general delivery mailbox which is setup as mb 236. There is an ext 236 on the system.
Everything works except forwarding to the GDMBX, instead it goes to mb 203 which is a member of the hunt gp.
The programming is as follows:
AA set for lines 1 to 5.

On most systems, you usually cannot forward out of a hunt group but I see the overflow: 236
I know it is something simple that we are missing, any suggestions?

Try changing ifbusy: busytone to queue

Try changing your over flow to the voicemail DN. I'm thinking that when it recalls to the voicemail and there is no mbx269, the GDM will be the destination.

Yes set the overflow to the voice mail DN. You can make a voice mail for HG 269 instead of using the GDM.
