I have a customer with a Norstar 0x32 and they have given me a FastRAD to hook up to their system. I have the user documentation but I do not have the NRU software to use remote programming.
1 - Is there domewhere I can download this prg? 2 - Do I need an extenal modem on site to hook upto the FastRAD?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

There is/was a link to the S/W download in a previous post here, but it is available free @ the Northen Telecom site. You also need EXCEL to have full functionality. John C. (Not Garand)

just out of curiousity, they want you to hook up a RAD, obviously you cant use it, so either they have a remote programmer or someone told them about it, if they have a remote programmer, they should walk you thru it and connect to system b4 u are done

Not sure when "Specs" you are looking for. The FastRad connects to a digital port off the system. It is programmed through the system. There is no modem needed. You connect to it using Nortel's NRU program. The FastRAD can answer a line directly, or an operator can transfer the call to the RAD via the Feature code.
