dip switches are in proper position ( I think this might be the problem) since there are 2 base stations switches are set for A channel operation on one base and set for B channel on the other. when the switches are set in single operation mode registration remains intact after powerloss. oh and base stations are more the 30 ' apart. I did open a case with Nortel and they never heard of this, but were able to duplicate this in their lab.

as of now no word from Nortel. It went to 2nd level and then to design. I am still waiting and so is the customer.
