Can anyone help me button map a couple of phones attached to this system? Scenario: One line has been deleted from the system, and these two phones were at one time using this line that was deleted. Normally, that wouldn't pose any problems, but These two phones were set to grab this line on an off-hook condition. Additionally, there are no other line appearances for the other three line on these phones. What I want to do is make these phone not try to grab line 4 automatically, and also put the line appearances of the other 3 lines onto these two phones. The receptionist cannot transfer any of the calls she gets to these two phones until she gets line appearances on them. I have zero experience with this system, other than removing them.
