Think it might be on board memory. I'm thinking buttons lost programming. Again though Im a Samsung tech not Norstar so any tech help would be great. Also got 4 lines that aren't working may need to replace Co card

First the buttons: What buttons? What is displayed on the screen when you push them?

When you say that you have 4 lines that are not working, do you mean on ANY phone? What are the line numbers. By this I mean are they the 1st 4 or the 2nd 4? If it's the 2nd 4, maybe you're using 4x8 software, in which case the last 4 will not work until you change the software. Are the lines punched down on the proper block, in the proper sequence?

More info required. What type of system, CICS or MICS?

What is the model number of the phone?

If it's just one phone set not working, it might be a stuck button. Unplug the phone, push and wiggle each and every button to make sure it moves freely. Plug it back in and try it out.

Found out they had a power surge it killed the c.o. 3456 on KSU so Im thinking it could be a fried c.o. card or maybe on board programing got lost

its a M8X24-DS Cabinet with a m12xo expansion and a startalk VM Software in KSU is DR5 rel 1
