I have an option 11 and I can't figure out why the manual forward to international numbers doesn't work. Calls are routing out over a PRI and I have no problem call forwarding to local or a long distance number.
I can manually dial out internationally from the dn but I can't seem to get the forwarding to intl from the same dn to go.
I've extended the cfw digits field to 20 in the dn programming to accomodate the longer dial string for intl calls but everytime a call is transferred(from the attendant) to the dn it never goes anywhere, the attendant gets a busy and the call just drops.
I'm not super sharp on the Nortel but I would appreciate any help to get me looking in the right direction, thanks.

It's probably a carrier issue... not allowing it.

Thanks Marv for taking the time to post a reply however I am able to manually dial int'l from the same phone set that I'm trying to forward from, it doesn't seem that the call is even getting out of the PBX. If I can dial the number manually why would the carrier not allow or recognize the same number if it is dialed thru the call forward?
