Fellas need some help. Never did a upgrade on a Nortel Norstar-PLUS 6.0. Need to know what is involved in upgrading to MICS -XC 6.1 FC. Just purchased the software/firmware. I am not worried about loosing the programming. Not that many user on it. Advise.

If you are adding hardware, always do software 1st.

Understood, just power down, removed the 6.0 card and install the 6.1 card and power back up. Just wanted to be sure. Thanks Mr. TeleMarv.
