On a BCM 400 is there a way to redirect a DID to an offsite number? The user has moved to another location and the company wants to reassign his phone. But they want his DID to go to his new location. The DID would no longer be assigned to a physical phone.

Target line must appear on a phone... no choice. Then use redirect. PRI must have trunk to trunk transfer enabled.

You can do it if you have available an AA table and a CCR tree. Setup the CCR tree as a home transfer point to his new location. Configure an AA table, select an empty greeting for all the greetings, and enable the new CCR tree. Assign the target line to answer on 0 rings and use the new AA table.
