Having trouble getting inbound calls to forward to cell#s, and cannot get outbound xfer to work get a routing resources not avil. message. I have PRI and pool code is 9. ext.s are set to allow redirect and have acces to line pool PRI A. On the CP150 in mbox admin outbound option is pool I can only give 1,2,ect. i'm assuming my PRIA is pool 1 I have tried 1 and 9. I've got MICS midi w 7.1 sw and CP150 R3.1 w/PRI access code 9 .Also line redirection will not work maybe all this is the same issue.
Any insight would be great THANKS. jrTN

You must switch from using Pool codes to route and destination codes.

In Voice mail set up number of channels to 2 instead of 1 by default then you will have Resources available for outbound transfer.
