I need to upgrade software AND NVRAM on an MICS 7.0 to 7.1 with three PRI's and CallCenter Enhanced. I read (I think in this board) rule of thumb is upgrade software before hardware.
1.What are the chances of changing system ID? 2.Any suggestions as a backup plan if System ID changes? (I remember reading somewhere a PRI will work configured as a T1, just missing Caller ID and some other features)
Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated!!

The install manual says to install software before hardware if your adding both. Can't answer the other questions, sorry.

Software upgrade is not gonna change your system ID and all programming would be not effected. CC is the callPilot option and has nothing to do with your upgrade. The hall upgrade is to change a Flash Memory card.

Also if you are adding three PRIs there is a revision card ending in AAA that I believe has to be the third PRI card or else it will not work.
