I can update the time under the "Identification" tab, but DST yes/no is a read only field. Where is the option to disable DST?

Telemarv,
I've opened every tab and cannot find "system programming". I would have thought it would be in the "feature settings" tab like a Norstar MICS/CICS. Anyone else have an idea?
