Forget the route idea. Go back to line pool for outbound access and enter 1 instead of 9 for the pool identifier code as in pool 1, not 'pool 9' then do not enter a leading 9 in the digits to call out. When you designate 'pool 1' as its outbound resource the system will access the first programmable pool (A) and will self enter a leading default 9 for access to that pool and dial the entered digits following 'Feature 4'
