I have a customer that the Call Pilot 100 does not drop the call when the caller hangs up....... you hear dial tone for a minute or 2 so there mailboxes have 10 minutes of dial tones...The CICS lines are programmed for Supervision...???

You may have supervision on but is the CO sending the disconnect signal?

Many telcos don't set supervised disconnect on the POTS lines by default.
Call your telco and ask them to program supervised disconnect, or disconnect supervision on the lines.
