MICS 6.1 w/ 2 PRIs
Working with another company setting up a call recording device. The PRIs feed into this device to be recorded and then rely on SMDR data to tag the call. The problem is that the SMDR is sending the wrong target line. There doesn't seem to be any consistant mismatches though (like off by 3 every time). Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Sorry, actually the PRI channel and the target line reference in the SMDR are not matching. You can be on line 133 but the SMDR will say you were on 130?

You'll need to provide a litlle more info on what/who this 3rd party system is. Are they a certified Nortel application partner? How is it connected and the SMDR connected?
While a PRI channel is a sort of physical entity, a target line really exists only in the mind of MICS.

Try connecting the SMDR to a laptop (or desktop) using Hyperterminal and see what shows up.
