Even Nortel said that you can Install Server and Client on the same computer i think it would work only on two separate ones and only w/Windows XP.

I don't believe you can get try-n-buy CC Pro for the CP 100-150 platform.
jsaad: Call Nortel presales department at 800-4nortel and they should be able to answer your questions about the capability of the CP100. Fortunately, the presales department isn't like ETAS, where they charge $300 an hour (minimum 2 hours) to connect you to a goon that doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground...but that's a separate gripe.

Wow, calling the manufacturer was the best idea after all. They told me all I need is the reporting key code and it can be loaded on the existing Cp100 with basic call center.
I hope they know what they're talking about.
