One of my customers has a Mics with 7.1 software and a flash 4 port Voicemail. Every so often two of their three lines will freeze up. I have had some indication that it might be a compatibility issue between the Mics and the Flash. Would anyone have any ideas on this.
Thanks guys!!

Make sure that all Lines set up as a Suppervised.
If not you will get Messages like: "If you would like to make a call please hang up and dial again" But if all lines are Superv. then your Provider is not sending CPC (Disconnect supervision) signal.

You should be running Flash 2.0 or higher.

It does sound like a DS issue.

I will be going there this morning, I will check the DS on the lines. I just upgraded the software and put the Flash 2.0 in about 2-3 months ago. Had this problem right at the beginning and shut the system down twice and it was good to go. Now it is back again. They never had a problem like this before I upgraded the system. I don't think I missed setting the lines to be supervised but ya never know.

PS Thanks to everyone who tried to help me with my last problem about three weeks ago. The Mics/PRI -- 9 problem. I found the 9 in the Public Networks programming area. Once I removed it as a prefix I was good to go.

How did you upgrade the MICS? Cold startup or upgrade tool?
