What does 211 refer to? I understand the rest of it, just not the 211. Looked at the manual and still not sure.

Thanks Marv. I knew someone here could enlighten me.
The manual led me to believe I should be expecting 2,4 or 6 digits. Thats why the confusion with only 3 digits; although I guess it should have been kind of obvious.
